Description:
Job Title: Director - Oracle Commerce Cloud
Job Duties: Argano, LLC in Plano, TX is seeking a Director-Oracle Commerce Cloud to perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
- Seek out gaps within the current process and determine if any existing customizations are causing additional maintenance issues to business users.
- Work on the Commerce Cloud – EBS implementation to enable faster access to data by using Webservices, dynamic Webhooks, and REST-based services to extract data from ERP to Commerce Cloud.
- Integrate Oracle Commerce Cloud and Oracle CPQ by leveraging the OOB connector.
- Lead Oracle Commerce-CPQ implementation for client to ensure B2B functionality permits proper customer registration, includes SEO tracking and analytics, and seamless integration with CPQ to configure a product.
- Develop an internal solution to enable commerce users to configure any configured product and submit to Oracle ERP.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements; identify and document technical gaps.
- Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams.
- Serve as technical/functional expert in Commerce.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews.
- Guide technical team to deliver high quality solutions.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.
- Manage task assignments within the teams; monitor and drive issues to resolution.
- Design and implement functionality on web applications such as Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) /ATG/ Salesforce Communities.
- Conduct integrations to Oracle CPQ and ERP/EBS applications for Order to Cash processes.
- Lead website and ecommerce application design and development.
- Create technical documentation including design/architectural diagrams and user story documentation of overall business solution.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this
position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any
related field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the
job offered or any related experience in which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the
following:
1. Enterprise-level consulting
2. Demonstrate ability analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options,
choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results
3. Commerce Cloud, ATG Solution Architect, and Oracle
4. Jira
5. Demonstrate experience applying knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle
(SDLC) and DevOps practices
6. Guide searches, search interfaces, and relevancy ranking
25% domestic travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available.
