The Blueprint
We’re seeking a Director of People and Culture to drive HR strategy, build foundational processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This leadership role focuses on implementing scalable systems (including HRIS), fostering a collaborative culture, and aligning HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
- Partner with leadership to design and execute an HR roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and refine core HR processes, policies, and systems to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Lead initiatives to optimize team effectiveness, support leadership development, and drive succession planning.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture through programs that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with shared services to implement an HRIS system and drive adoption across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development strategies.
- Drive initiatives to align people, processes, and systems with evolving business needs.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and develop policies to mitigate risks.
- Work closely with shared services and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver seamless support.
The Architect of Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with expertise in building HR foundations and organization development.
- Proven success in designing and leading organization development and change management initiatives.
- Strong ability to collaborate with shared services teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
