THE OPPORTUNITY
Join us during an exciting phase of change. We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a passion to drive a positive culture, building effective organisational performance and engagement.
As an experienced leader across both strategic and operational delivery, you will be passionate about delivering best-in-class, innovative strategies that support to solve complex business challenges.
Leveraging your expert communication skills, you will pride yourself on your strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence change.
This portfolio oversees the functions within NorthTec people and culture, health and safety, communications, marketing and events, business development, partnerships and payroll and is responsible for setting directorate strategy and managing the tactical delivery for these functions.
This integral role will report to the Regional Executive Director and be a part of the Senior Leadership team.
The role will drive excellence by overseeing core people and culture functions such as employment and industrial relations, remuneration, kaimahi experience, recruitment, performance, organisational development and workforce planning. You will develop frameworks and systems by leading the creation and implementation of policies, standards and frameworks across the wider functions within the directorate portfolio. You will also provide management in relation to NorthTec internal and external communications, public relations, stakeholder and event management activities.
This unique opportunity requires a seasoned leader with proven ability to build relationships, influence at a senior level, and engage to facilitate understanding across multiple and diverse stakeholders.
