What You’ll Do:
- Lead the enablement of pharmacist scope of practice expansion in Pharmacy Care Clinics, ensuring adherence to provincial guidelines and regulations as practice tools, SOPs, training and store communications are developed.
- Regularly monitor performance of operational Care Clinics to identify actionable insights and implement tactics to enhance patient and/or provider experience and improve health outcomes
- Develop timely updates for Senior Leadership Team on clinical and financial results, status of initiatives, including preparation of presentation decks for a variety of communication cascades.
- Lead large, multi-stakeholder working groups for select strategic initiatives with a project management approach to identify key workstreams and accountable stakeholders, develop work plans, timelines and report on progress.
- Work closely with technology partners to identify and develop business requirements documentation
- Provide leadership and coaching to meet key objectives while supporting collaborative and agile work practice as well as foster team members’ development and engagement.
