OVERALL JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the areas of Program Management, Media, HR Partner TMEG, Engagement and PMO. This position will drive standardization, quality, and optimization across all programs and projects. It will also lead initiatives aimed at optimizing Team Member satisfaction and productivity. Working closely with HR leaders, Business Partners and various departments, the role will develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of engagement and respect. The role will identify areas for improvement, designing programs to address Team Member needs, and measuring the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leading a team of HR professionals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or closely related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: PHR or SPHR preferred

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills. Ability to connect with people of various backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical ability and skills, using data and metrics to evaluate needs, identify trends, drive change, and measure impact
  • Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, planning, structuring project deliverables and problem solving
  • Strong working knowledge of HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, applicant tracking, talent management, etc.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with good business and financial acumen
  • Ability to balance several tasks simultaneously and to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the HR strategic planning process, ensuring that comprehensive strategies, plans, and budgets are developed, approved, and communicated within HR and key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure alignment with business strategic initiatives and that both business and HR priorities are visible in the plan.
  • Identify key HR cross functional issues and provide leadership in developing and implementing solutions. Champion change management principles and practices for the organization.
  • Lead the Media team, including video production and shows and events, to align HR and TSC strategic initiatives with media projects and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Team Member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to assess Team Member needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Works with leadership in all functional areas on the continuous development/improvement of business processes to support cross-functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete and managed appropriately driving and leading change initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for projects to the HR leadership team.
  • Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and stakeholders are adequately informed.
  • Drive approach for feedback sessions to measure Team Member engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the analysis of data to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in engagement to continuously improve programs and initiatives.
