REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in business/accounting/finance.
- A minimum of 10 years of front or middle-office experience in private markets, portfolio monitoring, risk management or another relevant field.
- You have experience establishing new processes and effectively implementing and adopting enterprise systems to create scalable solutions.
- You have a passion for Asset Management, driving operational effectiveness and portfolio monitoring.
- You have an exceptional understanding of performance measurement and portfolio analytics.
- Proven credit or equity investment monitoring and risk assessment skills.
- You have proven ability to lead others to achieve high performance.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the optimization of portfolio monitoring processes and procedures across Private Capital. Creating scalability and consistency across the private capital platform is vital to support ongoing growth of the Private Capital business and to continue meeting the diverse needs of a growing client base.
The Head of Portfolio Monitoring will be responsible for leading the Portfolio Monitoring team and establishing a consistent approach, processes, use of systems and reporting for portfolio monitoring across all verticals.
The location of this role will be a hybrid work schedule based in either our Toronto or Vancouver office.
