Based on this, we have built up a portfolio of financial assets which has grown significantly. To provide the team which is responsible for this portfolio with a strong leadership, we are looking for a top notch Director Portfolio & Risk Management (f/m/d) to support us and our mission.
Starting with the pricing of underlying assets, followed by the acquisition and the monitoring of the portfolio’s performance, this role is exposed to the entire process and provides an opportunity to apply your managerial and analytical skills across the entire value chain of our portfolio. Managing the team, understanding trends, evaluating results and generating meaningful insights means you can have a substantial impact right from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to our CFO, you will lead an established team of talented colleagues who have scaled the portfolio business very successfully
  • Based on your extensive experience, you will now take the team and our setup to the next level, extending the substantial growth trajectory
  • You will share your expertise and knowledge in risk and asset pricing, contributing to the operational cycle of our portfolio business: Assessing assets, acquiring them and then monitoring and managing the portfolio
  • Levelling up our monthly reporting process, you will develop and deploy relevant analyses of the underlying data, generating insights and identifying trends as the basis for operational measures to optimise returns
  • Together with the team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our growth momentum, ensuring continuous improvements, including process and infrastructure enhancements
  • Being at the core of our business, you will be collaborating closely with other teams such as Sales and Partnership, Data Science, BI and Finance; you will also be closely working with senior management
