The Enterprise Marketing team objectives are to harness the power of data and leverage data and Advanced Analytics/AI capabilities to create actionable insights to support Marketing and LOB partners to deliver meaningful personalize communications to our customers across all channels with a focus on digital communication with our customers, to drive acquisition and deepen the relationships to drive revenue and loyalty.
There are privacy regulations in Canada and the US that BMO must adhere to when communicating with a customer/prospect/past customer of the Bank. Ensuring BMO is utilizing personal information accordingly and not in violation of these laws when communicating with customers is critical. The Director of will act as the bank’s enterprise Business lead responsible for understanding the use of personal information across the Marketing ecosystem, to implement and maintain solutions that comply with the Privacy Regulations in Canada and the US.
The Director, working closely with subject matter experts on the regulations and laws (i.e. Chief Privacy Officer and Privacy Office) to build a strategy to deliver best in class customer centric compliant solutions to drive personalized marketing experiences.
The Director will work closely with the Chief Privacy Officer, LOBs, First Line, Compliance, and T&O partners to gather requirements, articulate cost/benefits to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise privacy strategic solutions and operational processes across all LOBs in Canada and the US.
