EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years in deal flow either in infra fund or investment banking
  • 3-5 years of telco M&A experience with leadership of multiple acquisitions, divestments and/or mergers
  • Leadership or depth of exposure to multiple DD projects in the digital infra asset classes (finance, commercial, operational)
  • Operator experience in digital infrastructure asset classes, ICT Cloud, relevant SaaS or Telco network services
  • Strong ecosystem of relationships across telco, digital infra assets funds, banks and adjacent players
  • Worked across asses in Australia, New Zealand and preferably regional markets

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through a thorough understanding the asset classes and strength in developing the investor thesis
  • Creating compelling points of view on specific assets or markets to demonstrate clear value and differentiation for A&M services/right to win
  • Articulating clear value thesis for specific assets, identifying levers for value creation with an out-of-the-box mindset and depth in the target
  • Creatively identifying carve-out or portfolio strategies for investors or holders that demonstrate a high level of thought leadership to our clients
  • Leading due diligence processes for commercial and operational scopes across digital infra asset classes
  • Executing carve-out & PMI programs for clients with a deep level of operational experience
  • Maintain a strong ecosystem of partners in telcos, infra assets, funds & investment banks and market knowledge
  • Develop the practice and build capability for the future
