JOB SUMMARY
As a Director Process Performance within PS Integrated Supply Chain, you will drive OFPM process performance through effective process KPI’s, drive modernization of our process platform and tools and contribute to the supply chain strategy on a global level. Our business processes help us ensure that we work effectively together across functions and departments to deliver value to our customers.
The mission of Director Process Performance within PS ISC is to modernize the Supply Chain Process Platform, increase usage of automation and Artificial Intelligence tools, Continuous Improvements and effective Competence Development.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and reports to Vice President Integrated Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
- Define PS ERP / system strategy and actively contribute in building the Process Platform for future needs, including NCSP
- Manage multiple teams and ensure the right competences are in place to deliver key objectives
- Drive PS Process Continuous Improvement together with the Process Team and other stakeholders
- Ensure the OFPM process is properly executed and controlled, including regions
- Align and collaborate with Global IM and Business Transformation Office
