Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW/
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director, Product Marketing, plays a crucial role in developing and executing strategies for 1VALETs’ products. Creates tools and resources to support the sales process. The Director of Product Marketing serves as a key strategic leader, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and sales to drive product success in the market. Their work is critical for effectively communicating a product’s value proposition and driving adoption and revenue growth.
QUALIFICATION/
10+ years in product marketing or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with the Proptech or SaaS
- Experience managing products through all stages, from concept to launch and beyond.
Skills
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform decisions.
- Strong team management skills to lead and mentor a marketing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall product marketing strategy and vision
- Develop go-to-market plans for new and existing products
- Oversee the product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market
- Manages end-to-end product launches, both internally and externally
- Oversees the product lifecycle, from awareness to adoption in new market segments
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis
- Develops user and buyer personas
- Works closely with product management, sales, and other marketing teams
- Aligns product marketing e orts with overall business objectives
- Collaborates on pricing strategies and product roadmaps
- Creates marketing and sales materials to support internal teams and promote products externally
- Measures and reports on the performance of performance of product marketing initiatives
- Develops content like case studies, product videos, and website copy
- Prepares analyses and recommendations for stakeholders
- Creates tools and resources to support the sales process
- Manages and mentors the product marketing team
- Provides guidance to junior product marketing personnel
