Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and growth within the team.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to achieve their objectives.
  • Manages the delivery of largescale, complex technology programs/projects from initiation to implementation
  • Works with other delivery workstreams (Engineering, ART, WTS, WSS, SRE, legal, compliance etc.) to identify work items, estimates, dates and dependencies.
  • Establishes program governance with the stakeholders – steering committee, communication cadence, escalation process, change control.
  • Produces an overall delivery plan once scope is committed.
  • Manages, tracks and reports against the delivery of the overall plan.
  • Maintains and manages a RAID log
  • Manages impediments pro-actively and collaborates with appropriate teams to resolve or mitigate.
  • Escalates impediments to stakeholders accordingly.
  • Provides regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Manages project timelines, scope and budget.
  • Produces and maintains an overall program roadma
