QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Associate s Degree in relatable field with a minimum of 2 years experience working in healthcare and/or physicians/physician practice
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to all organizational facilities in the state as needed
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point
  • Organized and strong business acumen
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information from different working systems
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills as position will be working with multiple layers of management

Preferred:

  • Bachelors or Business Degree

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provider Services Management
  • Onboarding Management
  • Partner with HR, MSO and Payor Credentialing to ensure all steps are met for effective start date and timeliness of enrollment
  • Attending weekly HR and physician recruitment call
  • Responsible for all new hire communication and coordination
  • Contracting Liaison
  • Works with service line contracting lead to support Contraxx workflow
  • Assists with cross checking of contractual rates and stipends against monthly HR rosters
  • Assists with service line contract amendment or renewal processes and COI communication
  • Ad hoc projects as needed to support overall service line contracting
  • HR Liaison
  • Ensuring all LOA, terminations and/or status changes are communicated in a timely manner to HR and the service line
  • Communicating all provider status changes to finance department to ensure accurate accrual of CME and benefits
  • Oversight of System compliance mandates (vaccines, surveys, net learning, etc)
  • Program Development
  • Program start up and expansion
  • Coordinating all services and logistics for expansion projects/programs within the Service Line
  • Develop proformas and staffing projections
  • Ensure timelines are met for program expansion or start up departments
  • Management and oversight of all new service line growth
  • Management of employee-related activities, organizational development, and provider wellbeing
  • Supports VP with all service line operational accountability goals
  • Leads community involvement opportunities
  • Supports management of service line collaboration projects
  • i.e. regionalize of on call specialists
  • service line navigation and tele-medicine initiatives
