You will be highly motivated and skilled in your field and have a passion for addressing the challenges in the industry. While no two projects are the same, you will typically be the client lead on multiple projects, building sustainable client relationships and also leading wider on business development activities at the same time. You’ll play a vital role in coaching and providing feedback to the team in designing the analysis approach, distilling insights and constructing strategic recommendations.

  • Stimulating innovation: identifying new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and lead to better decision-making
  • Turning strategy into reality: Supporting our clients to understand the required change, the challenges of implementation, and adjusting their strategy in response.
  • Data and digital transformation: guiding and supporting clients through imagining, defining and delivering their data and digital journey to enable competitive advantage

As a Director your responsibilities will include:

  • sourcing and winning strategy work and proactively driving and managing business opportunities
  • leading and developing service offerings and evolving propositions to drive growth in the market, promoting Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary model
  • working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, taking the lead in developing strong professional relationships and liaising with teams to deliver seamless client experience
  • overseeing the day-to-day work of teams across multiple engagements to ensure scope and client deliverables are completed to the highest standard
  • managing project budgets and maintaining operational margins whilst ensuring quality standards are adhered to
  • proactively developing your own skills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues
  • mentoring junior colleagues, helping them to build technical as well as soft skills and coaching them to achieve their career aspirations within an inclusive team culture
