Your assignments

• You will be the dedicated Finance Business Partner for Head of R&D Pharma
• You will manage the Controlling support for all R&D Centers of BU Pharma – US, India, Italy and Brazil
• You will lead the R&D Controlling Team (Brazil with functional reporting line only)
• You will be member of R&D Management Team
• You will be responsible for setting up and managing a consistent project controlling for all R&D related projects
• You will drive project prioritization based on Financials and strategic fit
• You will coordinate and drive forecast and budget process for whole R&D function including projects
• You will ensure smooth monthly closing process for all R&D Reporting units
• Adhoc Analysis for R&D related questions (including M&A) will also belong to your tasks
• You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all finance topics

Your profile

• You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, specialized on Finance
• You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience including at least 3 years work experience in a Finance Leadership position (ideally supporting R&D) in the pharmaceutical / lie science / healthcare sector
• You have gained experience within a multinational and Matrix driven corporation, where transformation and change is not foreign to you
• You bring very good communication and leadership skills with you and you are able to communicate at all levels
• You have a strong comprehension and analytical skills
• You are open to work in multinational/-cultural environment
• You are business fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
