We are seeking an inspirational and motivated individual to take on the role of Director - Regent Street to provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Regent Street Commercial Property Management team. The role focuses on enhancing customer service, destination appeal, performance measurement, lease enforcement, sustainability, Health & Safety compliance, and achieving the Business Plan strategy goals within the specified time frame.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Inspirational and motivated leader with proven experience.
- Professional accreditation – at least 5 years PQE – MRICS.
- Substantial property and asset management experience with high-profile retail and office assets.
- Excellent Landlord and Tenant knowledge.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with Excel competence.
- Experience with large multi-occupied buildings/estates and complex service charges.
- Innovative thinker and problem solver.
- Strong Health and Safety and technical building knowledge.
- Positive influencer and motivator.
- Efficient resource allocation and priority identification.
- Technical and structural building defect resolution.
- Strong representation of both the CPM team and The Crown Estate.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Regent Street Commercial Property Management team.
- Ensure day-to-day operational performance and best practices.
- Promote The Crown Estate and its values.
- Supervise and develop direct reports, fostering champions in key business lines.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting.
- Ensure KPI compliance across the Regent Street estate.
- Support all disciplines in developing the Regent Street environment.
- Build relationships with linked service lines including FM, H&S, Development, Sustainability, Leasing, Customer Experience, Asset Management, and Third-Party Service Partners.
