Job Description
The R&D Director will be responsible for managing the R&D function creating high performance innovation initiatives. The role is pivotal in driving the RCRC and Green Riyadh Strategies and the R&D
Director will coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary research and development projects

Qualifications

• Lead the coordination. planning and execution of multi-disciplinary research and development projects
• Set up the R&D hub (Greenovation).
• Develop of the innovation strategy and assures the Greenovation hub is robust and aligned with Green Riyadh strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of a Programme’s research and development efforts.
• Ensure that research projects are carried out in accordance with KSA and RCRC / Corporate ethical standards.
• Evaluate the progress of research projects to ensure that they are meeting deadlines.
• Establish relationships with universities, research labs, and other organizations that conduct research in areas related to the organization’s interests.
• Spearhead and oversees the research and development initiatives and projects for Green Riyadh and RCRC.
• Set objectives goals and guidelines, establish timelines and budgets, support other departments and stakeholders as required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, gather and analyze data to implement solutions against proposals and package deliverables.
