Responsibilities:

The Revenue Director is responsible for providing direction to the property teams to maximize RevPAR and RevPAR Index through the management of room inventories, market mix and pricing strategies. To maximize revenue by utilizing all tools available, constantly researching the market, effective communication amongst all relevant departments. To identify all opportunities to find the right price for the right customer at the right time to ensure One&Only One Za’abeel becomes the Market Leader.
In addition, the Revenue Director will play a key role in strategizing for all other revenue streams of the resorts, special focus on strategic restaurant revenue management initiatives to achieve profitability goals, followed by spa and ancillaries’ revenues. You will support and assist the resort’s sales and marketing plans to ensure revenue optimization and enhanced guest experiences.
The role requires a deep understanding of luxury hotel management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
