Description:

Our client is a leading global insurance and reinsurance broker specializing in risk management and insurance solutions. They are seeking a skilled Insurance professional, in the area of Marine Cargo, to join their team in Singapore. This role will be pivotal in supporting local offices across Asia as a subject matter expert in risk management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in both client-facing activities and internal collaboration with stakeholders, especially in key markets such as Japan and/or China.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in broking or underwriting within Marine Cargo (insurance/reinsurance)
  • Strong understanding of the Marine Cargo market, its risk factors, and regulatory requirements in Asia especially in key markets such as Japan and/or China.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
