JOB OVERVIEW:
RWJBarnabas Health Trinitas Regional Medical Center is hiring a Director of Facilities for the Plant Operations Department. This is a Full-Time, Day position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 10 years experience, including 5 years in healthcare,5 years in supervising union and non-unions employees
- Special Equipment/Skills
- Negotiation, procurement, Organizational, Interpersonal skills, manage union tradesmen,
- work under pressure, multitask, communicate at all levels of the organization
- Building Management Systems - BMS
- Ability to use personal computer,
- Strong Knowledge of building systems operations and maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Refrigeration, Heating, Plumbing, and Envelop, and Project Management
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Good knowledge of regulations and laws.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Be highly organized.
- Good negotiating skills.
