In the Automation and Digitalization department in Graz, Raaba or Vienna, we are looking for a Director, Sales and Key Account Management, EMEA (m/f/d).

In your role you are responsible for leading the EMEA regional sales department among our stakeholders and customers in the Pulp and Paper industry. We rely on your experience and proactivity for organizational devel-opment, leadership to obtain sustainable growth in team performance and strong sales capabilities and results. Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead a motivated regional sales team
  • Establish efficient sales and key account processes and tools
  • Plan for sales growth on value-based strategies by finding the real needs
  • Think beyond existing business models to create new approaches
  • Be present at the customer and lead negotiations
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders and be a partner in joint business
  • Plan and report of budget, KPI and other relevant activities on regular basis
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable business in our region
