Job Title: Director, Sales Enablement
Compensation Expectations: $100,00 to 140,000 DOE
Role Location: Tampa, Charlotte, Remote

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Sales Enablement, to join our dynamic team. The Director, Sales Enablement reports to the SVP Customer Experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales organization is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to achieve and exceed their targets. The Director, Sales Enablement will lead the development and execution of strategies that optimize sales performance, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Minimal Travel – sales meetings, client meetings, and industry meetings

The Director, Sales Enablement requires strong leadership skills, an extensive knowledge of the benefits industry; especially self-funding, benefit plan design elements, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Keep up to date on all Marpai product offerings
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure product understanding and schedule training as needed
  • Assist Sales and Account Management teams in sales discussions/presentations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to RFPs and proposal requests
  • Coordinate with SMEs to ensure RFP responses are accurate, up to date, and use the Marpai “voice”
  • Oversee RFP and proposal responses and provide feedback to team as needed
  • Manage Marpai Pricebook
  • Ensure team has access to the most accurate information to product quotes, proposals, renewals, and contracts
  • Distribute weekly pipeline reporting
  • Distribute executive dashboard as requested
  • Assign team member workloads based on incoming volume
  • Organize marketing materials for Sales and Account Management team reference
  • Create efficiencies and report on activities around prospects and renewing clients
  • Oversee creation of contract and proposal templates, review of contract redlines, obtaining contract signatures
  • Oversee client pathway process
  • Ensure contract status is tracked and final contracts are saved in central repository
  • Oversee and maintain Zoho functionality including user access, reporting, and business requirements
  • Oversee end to end renewal process including proposals, coordination with Account Management, contract addendums
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations as needed
  • Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
  • Manage end to end stop loss process
  • Other duties as require
