As the Sales Director of Sweden, you will be a world class leader, experienced in both New Business and Account Management - driving us into the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales, this position will have a huge impact on the future of our company.
This new member of our leadership team will define the vision for how our Sales team operates and then execute the plan to make it happen. S/he will learn from our existing team, and draw from his/her extensive experience and success - whilst bringing new ideas / solutions that enable exponential growth within Account Management, New Business and Channel Sales.
As a trusted advisor, the Sales Director must be an authentic collaborator, strong 1st and 2nd line leader and a proactive, strategic problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating a high potential sales team.
  • Collaborate with other business functions including Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations and People Experience to attract, develop and retain a high performing sales team.
  • Formulate and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans at all levels in the sales org.
  • Ensure exceptional Salesforce hygiene to track customer activity, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards – collaborate with Marketing to address any funnel issues and coordinate campaigns accordingly.
  • Ongoing process improvements and recommendations that will make our team more efficient.
  • Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years of success in building, developing, growing and managing Account Management and New Business sales teams.
  • Well versed in account / deal coaching and value-based, solution selling.
  • Experience in developing and coaching Account Management Strategies and tactics that drive growth.
  • Demonstrable track record in developing new customer acquisition strategies and tactics with social selling at the core.
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining target.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, sales metrics and a reliable approach to short-, medium- and long-term forecasting.
  • Successful track record of collecting and managing multiple business line forecasts with accuracy and predictability throughout the entire sales funnel.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Competent with CRM (ideally Salesforce), PowerPoint, Word and Excel are critical.
  • Extremely well-versed in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing (or similar) industries is a plus.
