Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing and Tender Management: Oversee efficient order processing, freight management, backlog resolution, invoicing, and tender management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and align them with evolving business needs, guided by the LMS strategy and EMEA regional priorities.
  • Sales Operations: Foster collaboration with factories, Product Units, and regional commercial organizations. Implement rigorous daily management practices and standard work to accurately forecast revenue, maximize backlog conversion, and achieve growth targets.
  • Sales Support: Provide insightful analytics on funnel/backlog conversion during weekly and monthly forecast reviews. Collaborate with Sales Directors to own revenue forecast numbers, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Demo Center Management: Oversee the EMEA Demo Center (EDC) operations, ensuring timely delivery of demo units to regions and managing demo inventory effectively.
  • Channel Partner Management: Serve as the primary order-to-cash point of contact for channel partners.
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a diverse and inclusive team. Develop and nurture talent through performance management and coaching. Create a result-oriented culture that fosters accountability and delivers on priorities.
