POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our global team as the Director of Sales Operations, where you will drive top-line growth through innovative systems, processes, and data-driven insights. This pivotal role is crucial for enhancing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and optimizing our financial models. You will develop and refine our operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, empowering our frontline sales team to excel.
You will have the opportunity to lead the transformation and integration of sales tools and systems, enhancing efficiency across the organization. Your expertise in tool management will enable you to optimize sales processes and improve the strategic use of our technology, significantly boosting sales productivity and strengthening our relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer with a dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer, this role highlights the importance of your collaboration skills and strategic communication across departments.
