Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The Director, Salesforce IT Service Delivery Lead will oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of Salesforce solutions within our organization. This role is vital for ensuring our Salesforce systems effectively support sales processes, boost productivity, and provide exceptional service to end-users. Additionally, the Director will lead a continuous improvement program to enhance the quality, consistency, and satisfaction of Salesforce technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT service delivery, including managing implementation teams and internal resources, and will be adept at meeting Salesforce system requirements on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Salesforce solutions in partnership with business leaders and in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of Salesforce specialists, developers and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery, alongside collaborating with implementation partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce services, including implementation, customization and ongoing support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters within the IT organization.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
  • Provide thought and technical leadership and best practices on the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage solution design to transform and migrate the businesses processes, approvals, products and best practice into Salesforce.
