REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified as a Site Director and/or Center Director per NH Child Care Licensing Rules and Regulations
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- At least 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare licensing rules

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-5 Site Coordinators that have 3-4 sites each - total of 15 programs
- Work alongside the Center Directors at our main location
- Support programs staffing and program management as needed
- Manage the School Age Support Team which consists of Site Coordinators, Site Directors, and School Age Support Team
- Address all licensing concerns at the program level and work to maintain compliance site wide
- Work with our Program Behavior Specialist to address child behavior and/or staff and parent concerns
- Support the Site Coordinators/Site Director with training, performance improvement plans, program improvement and any other needs
- Other duties as assigned
