Advisory & Financing Solutions (A&FS) is UniCredit’s center of excellence for Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory and Capital Markets transactions in top-level strategic dialogues. Sectors Advisory within A&FS follows an integrated industry and M&A origination and execution approach with in-depth knowledge of Telecommunication/Media/Technology, Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare & Retail as well as Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure sectors for investment banking and corporate clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinating company and market research activities
• Steering the generation of marketing / pitch presentations
• Responsibility for company valuations
• Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials for Capital Markets mandates (ECM/M&A etc.)
• Handling of investor communication in M&A sell-side mandates
• Due diligence, data room and overall project management in M&A buy- and sell-side situations
• Respective interaction and communication with other advisors of our clients (e.g. legal, tax etc)
• Client management in M&A process preparations and actual execution
• Working with UniCredit coverage to originate transactions.
