• Manage and ensure effective usage of the budgets allocated for the implementation of project related to enhancement of the security, assuring a proper Return of Investment.
• Developing and implementing the security strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy. Identifying potential security threats, developing plans to mitigate those threats, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Direct the team to plan, develop and implement security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, etc. in line with the strategic program of the organization
• Managing and overseeing security team by ensuring that they are properly trained, equipped, and staffed to meet the company’s security needs. This includes setting security targets, developing security plans, and providing leadership and guidance to the security team.
• Managing physical security through measures such as access control, surveillance, and perimeter security. This involves assessing risks, developing security plans, and overseeing the implementation of security measures.
• Managing cyber security by measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. This involves assessing risks, developing security plans, and overseeing the implementation of security measures.
• Developing and implementing emergency response plans in the event of a security breach or other emergency situation. This includes conducting drills, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders, and ensuring that employees are properly trained on emergency procedures.
• Analyzing and reporting on security performance of the security function by identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and presenting performance reports to the executive leadership team.
• Committed to identify the internal and external challenges to put the security strategic plans and mitigation measures in place, to ensure that there is business continuity during any crisis or emergency situation.
• Direct the team to ensure the development and implementation of Port security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure safe and secure environment for WeOne users, in compliance with the National and International Standards adopted by the organisation.
• To review Risk Assessment Reports furnished by Service Provider to place the accepted security mitigation / control measures in Management Committee meeting for action.
  Developing and managing relationships with staffing agencies that can help the company meet its manpower needs. This involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and working to ensure that the staffing agencies are delivering quality candidates.
