Job Description
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Act as head of CRM Solution Consulting in the Central region
- Lead a talented team of specialist presales solution consultants that is motivated and engaged. They work as a team supporting each other when needed and focused on driving as much customer value as possible. And they like to also have some fun at work too.
- Own your business and drive growth and collaboration to do impactful people and customer work. Bring ideas, be engaged and self-motivated to drive change and adoption where needed.
- Work with your team of SCs to get great in demonstrating relevance to customers, with a focus on great discovery and understanding of the customers’ business and their requirements. Be close enough to help the team deliver the highest quality presentations and demonstrations focused on relevance and value based on what we know about the customers challenges and business. Storytelling is key.
- Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals. Support the team to prioritise their workload and efforts for sales opportunities and best practice collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure continuous and regular feedback to the team members through direct observation, peer and sales feedback.
- Work with Customer Workflow and regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts. Collaborate closely with Field SC Managers on priorities and alignment on efforts and investments.
- Jointly drive marketing and partner strategy and execution for Customer Workflow business and demand generation in assigned territories also leveraging teams skills and expertise
- Support collaboration and innovation engagements with Customer Workflow product organisation to feedback customer insights for future product developments.
- Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates to meet future business demands
- Manage day-to-day activities such as resource alignment, effective utilization of skills, administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment with some background related to improving customer experiences (CcaaS, CRM, CX, Process automation)
- A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
- Deep experience in presales roles and at least 5 years leading presales teams. Bonus if experience is as a 2nd line leader
- Understanding and practice in coaching, mentoring and performance management of individual contributors with a people first approach
- Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants
- Ability to self-motivate and good communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in Value Based Selling
