REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling business operations, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation and business growth.
  • Prior experience working in multicultural environments and navigating cross-border business dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese language social media platforms and their marketing dynamics.
  • Previous experience in partnership development and stakeholder management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the establishment and growth of SpoonX’s Singapore office as the international headquarters.
  • Foster rapid team expansion, positioning SpoonX as the leading cloud marketing agency in Singapore for Chinese language social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute business strategies driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and other regional offices to align goals, share best practices, and drive synergies across the organization.
