POSITION SUMMARY

The Director Finance Shared Service EMEA, India and APAC (Dir. FinSSC EMEA, India & APAC) is primarily responsible to support the business units Pumps EMEA + APAC as well as Industrial Valve with comprehensive accounting services especially G/L accounting, processing of A/R inclusive collection management and A/P, and account reconciliation. The position drives efforts to improve the performance and efficiency of the FinSSC organization continuously, maintains full complains with SOX and Circor Policy and drives continuous improvement in close cooperation with VP Finance Industrial and Circor Controller.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting and preferable audit experiences
• several years of professional and leadership experience in comparable positions
• experience in managing a diversified team locally and remotely
• experience in Performance Management

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), modern ERP systems (SAP preferable) and communication tools
• Excellent knowledge of German and English language
• Proactive, independent and structured way of working
• Distinct hands-on mentality, team and service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Enjoy working in an international, dynamic corporate environment
• Change agent mentality
