Reporting into the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development the Director, Strategic Alliances will be responsible for building and nurturing key alliances in EMEA with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), channel re-sellers, transformation advisory partners, and solution delivery partners in the HR Tech domain. Your focus will be on driving revenue through these strategic avenues while scaling relationships to support our international sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and nurture go-to-market strategies with key ISVs and advisory partners, driving revenue growth and expanding Phenom’s reach in EMEA
  • Operationalize the channels ensuring seamless integration of solutions with Phenom’s platform and driving mutual customer success
  • Analyze the performance of partnerships, optimizing for growth and identifying new areas for collaboration
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Alliance Partners, ISV, and advisory partners, identifying joint business opportunities and collaborating to create impactful solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Phenom’s sales, marketing, and product teams to align ISVs and advisory partners and with our broader business objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to advisory partners, helping them understand and leverage Phenom’s platform to enhance their consulting services

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • Post-secondary education in business and or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in alliances, corporate development, or business development within the SaaS space (HR Tech experience is an asset)
  • Previous experience leading ISV relationships with global enterprise tech organizations to drive measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in executing EMEA relationships with Global Alliances
  • Fluent in English and one additional language (German, French, OR Dutch would be an asset)
