Description:

Twist Bioscience is seeking a visionary and data-driven Strategic Marketing and Analytics Director to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing and potentially company wide strategic initiatives, and to lead our analytics efforts for measurable impact and informed decision-making. You will play a leadership role in translating complex business information and questions into actionable insights, driving growth across all areas of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive portfolio and marketing strategy aligned with Twist Bioscience’s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product and marketing analytics function, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and collaboration across the organization.
  • Bridge technology/product roadmaps to executive and customer facing communications
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and inform product marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies within the life sciences industry.
  • Develop and present market research and marketing reports to senior management, outlining key insights and recommendations for optimizing portfolio strategy and marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
  • Design and develop advanced analytical models and dashboards to track key business metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for optimizing performance.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth data access and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in business analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a data governance framework to ensure data quality and security. Identify and implement new data-driven tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and identify opportunities for maximizing ROI.
