Look after Financing and Investment Solutions business in the West in the NAV / Hybrid space and CRE financing space
QUALIFICATION
- Good knowledge of the details of CRE market: instruments and players
- Familiarity with Fund Financing space specifically NAV / Hybrid financing
- Must possess sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed and highly varied stakeholders

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for financing against CRE assets, with primary focus on UK, Europe and US. In addition, cover fund financing opportunities including NAV and Hybrid financing facilities in same regions. Grow illiquid financing business in the West
- Help deliver the strategic direction and performance of SCT by working with Global Head, SCT as well as SCT team.
- Work with Sales, Structuring, TRM and other internal stake holders to execute initiatives to grow CRE and Fund Financing business
- Awareness and understanding of the strategy and business model of the Group and Global Credit, as appropriate to the role
- Maximise total product income by ensuring effective end to end client identification, risk management, service and infrastructure
- Work in conjunction with other partners to ensure build SCT business referencing Asset Backed Securities
- Work closely with LAF, FRISK, CRE Industries team, ABS trading team and repo trading team to benefit from mutual expertise / strengths
- Be responsible for all risk management of SCT activities in this field
- Increase SCB’s visibility by driving commercial, competitive pricing for our clients
- Help manage the implementation of SCT specific strategies and ensure that performance objectives and revenue goals are met and RWA targets managed
