About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Director for Student Technology and Transformation. As a Director within Deloitte’s HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for fundamental elements of (not limited to) market making, leading people, delivering large scale technology enabled transformation engagements. The role will also require frequent in-person sales and solutioning interactions with Workday and other technology vendors across Australia.
About our Team
Human Capital’s HR Transformation practice provides our clients with advisory services and end to end implementation services of enterprise resource planning (ERP) products such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday. Our standard methodology (Enterprise Value Delivery) and tools are used in guiding the client through different phases of the implementation. The HRT practice can provide functional process design and configuration as well as technical implementation services to our clients.
Deloitte is uniquely positioned to help companies in their efforts to find innovative and effective ways of getting more value from their ERP investment. We provide our practitioners with regular training and certifications in their ERP product of choice in order to provide them with progressive development as well as to provide the most accurate and up-to-date advice to clients. The HRT team also works closely with other service areas such as Technology Advisory, Enterprise Applications as well as other service lines such as Risk Services, Corporate Finance in order to provide integrated full service solutions to clients.
About your Experience
In response to strong client demand for our services, To succeed, you should have the following experience:
Must have deep client engagement skills/expertise
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Student technologies – Advisory and Implementation with preference for Workday and Oracle Campus Solutions
Higher education sector experience, and should be considered as a leader in Technology enabled transformation across the full platform of HR, Finance and Student
Experience in establishing and leading a student Technology and Transformation Market Offering.
You will have a passion for identifying and growing new business opportunities
Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities with existing clients
