We currently have an opening for an experienced Director, Supply Chain at our Dartmouth, NS location.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing global supply chains, including procurement, logistics, and S&OP process and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in supply chain technologies, including ERP, TMS, WMS, and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPM) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
