Our client, a trailblazing and highly acclaimed leader in the education sector, is hiring a strategic thinker to take on the role of Director of Supply Chain in NYC. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-profile position and drive organizational change on a national scale. Where finance and operations meet impact, the Director of Supply Chain will optimize and streamline purchasing and procurement processes for maximum efficiency. This position will work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders, navigating the PO system to troubleshoot issues and manage the end-to-end procurement process. Diving into KPI, financial, and ad-hoc reporting to maximize vendor relationships and maintain appropriate cost thresholds (logistics and distribution) is also an important aspect of the job. Finally, the Director of Supply Chain will provide strategic support to senior leaders, offering critical insights and visibility into the organization’s supply chain operations.

Graduate with a relevant degree, preferably an advanced business degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic supply chain management and/or procurement.
