Description:

Lytx is seeking an innovative and data driven Director of Talent Acquisition to operationalize our talent strategy and provide the building blocks for continued company growth through the attraction and hiring of top talent. The person in this role will ensure consistent practices across the company in compliance with all employment-related company policies, agency regulations and state and federal laws. The Director of TA will lead and manage the global Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs and drive accountability in recruiting and selection.
  • Manage processes, programs, policies, workflows, and tools to enable the TA team to attract, hire and onboard the best talent.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes, tools, and systems necessary to support the TA function while working with the recruiters to improve the quality of hire, support ATS improvements, adapt and integrate new tools, drive TA commitment to data integrity and consistency while ensuring the team delivers excellent candidate experiences.
  • Create and lead training programs to ensure successful adoption of processes, tools and change initiatives across the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with recruiters, HR business partners, Finance, and business leaders to operationalize the headcount plan. Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape and an understanding of talent needs to assist in developing talent strategies to support growth plans and headcount forecasts.
  • Accountable for talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, diversity hiring, time to fill, and hiring manager and candidate experience. Analyzes success against metrics and partners with business leaders to create plans to achieve ongoing improvement in results.
  • Partner with Employee Communications to maintain and evolve our employment brand to execute best in class practices for end-to-end candidate experiences.
  • Deliver and monitor a scaled resource model for real time capacity planning and help to identify and address potential resource gaps through proactive sourcing.
  • Execute strong process documentation and change management communication to drive consistency in service delivery to the business.
  • Manage vendor and agency partnerships ensuring the best ROI for the organization.

To be successful you must be a strategic, decisive, results oriented leader with global experience who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders based on trust, teamwork, credibility, and the achievement of results. You must be creative in evolving and broadening existing talent attraction and hiring efforts to deliver top talent and establish Lytx as a premier talent destination.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience with at least 5 years of progressive experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in a fast paced, global, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a global workforce to achieve results.
  • Deep and broad expertise and experience using effective strategies to source and recruit talent across multiple channels, geographies, sources, disciplines, and levels.
  • Demonstrated success in building companywide TA reporting and ability to collect and analyze data to make and communicate decisions.
  • Working knowledge of process excellence, business operations, and project management principles, methodologies and tools applied in a TA operations environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting compliance tools, systems, and processes; Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions, set objectives and drive change management with the ability to convey project strategies and goals effectively.
  • Proven strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering operations related training (process improvements, new systems, and tools introduction, change initiatives, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, pivot quickly based on changing business needs, and manage time appropriately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Blended experience working within larger companies with scalable HR systems and processes combined with the comfort and expertise as a working leader in smaller PE backed businesses.
  • Experience successfully leading Talent Acquisition in companies experiencing growth organically and through acquisition.
