Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As Director, Talent, Learning, and Performance, you will be a strategic leader with a focus on enhancing our employee experience. You will be directly accountable for: Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Inclusion and Belonging, and Communication. You’ll develop and execute initiatives that foster a culture of care, growth, and performance across all levels of the organization. Working closely with leadership and teams across all sites, you’ll implement innovative talent strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Talent Development: Create and execute forward-thinking strategies to develop talent, enhance performance, and strengthen our leadership pipeline.
- Learning & Development: Design and roll out a comprehensive learning and development strategy, including career path frameworks, curricula, and scalable training programs delivered with strong facilitation-focused approach.
- Talent Attraction: Drive our talent attraction strategy, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong market presence. Collaborate with internal partners to enhance social media presence.
- Performance Management: Use data-driven insights to refine our performance management systems, identify skill gaps, and create development opportunities for all team members.
- Inclusion & Belonging: Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture in line with our Inclusion and Belonging strategy.
- Technology & Innovation: Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions that support our talent and learning programs, ensuring we remain agile and innovative.
