Our team in Mexico is growing; we are currently recruiting a Director Technical Services to join our project delivery business line in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in technical stage-gate reviews within each study on key areas such as process design, general layouts, bulk quantities, capital/operating costs, financial model and final NI 43-101 reporting.
  • Monitor the industries’ business environment with the help of the Business Development group for Mexico and track relevant trends for consideration in the group business plan.
  • Lead the effort in developing new client relationships relevant to the group. Work with Business Development to identify, evaluate, and respond to opportunities, ensuring alignment with company direction.
  • In conjunction with the Study Manager, develop project scope based on understanding of key clients’ businesses and operational needs.
  • Contribute to the successful planning and execution of Ausenco studies/projects across the region relative to the client’s business needs by providing broad or specific guidance in the group’s area of expertise, as needed.
  • Define and communicate task and performance expectations for direct reports, monitor performance against the requirements and take action where appropriate.
