KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
• Experience with enterprise-level IT systems and applications
• Experience managing a Managed Service Provider contracted relationship.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of IT services, and systems. The Director will lead teams to maintain operational excellence, streamline processes, and deliver high-performance technology solutions that support business objectives.
