Responsibilities:
As Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology, you will report to the Chief People Officer and serve as a member of our YMCA’s senior leadership team. You will partner with your peers to continue the journey to modernize our work environment and employee programs. You will contribute to our Association’s success by building out a high quality, comprehensive Total Rewards Program and practices that are aligned with attracting, retaining, and rewarding a high performing diverse workforce. You will also lead the strategy and operations for payroll, HR systems and workforce data, including data integrity, analysis, and reporting.
We are currently utilizing ADP Workforce Now, but are evaluating other HRIS solutions, including UKG. This role will be at the centre of leading the implementation of this HR technology transition.
