We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Treasury Risk to join our Capital Management Oversight team. This role is located in New York City or Lake Mary, FL in a Hybrid work environment.

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5-8 yrs of experience in Basel capital rule implementation or review role in a large bank is strongly preferred.
Leadership skills to work on cross functional teams and first line partners in Treasury, Finance and other functions.
Very strong analytical skills to analyse complex rules and products and create a review approach to ensure accurate rule interpretations and implementation
Strong communication skills and the ability to appropriately distil analysis and content for senior management and other stakeholders.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in unstructured environment, develop and implement risk frameworks and processes from scratch.
Background in math, statistics, finance, accounting, economics, risk management, operations research, engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
CFA or FRM certification is a plus.
