Redelves Design is a new and upcoming graphic design agency that specializes in creating visual content, and design solutions that communicate our clients’ brand effectively and visually. We provide branding, illustration, and photography services to help our clients to achieve their visual communication goals to enhance their business and solidify their presence.
We are looking for an experienced Director with a background in Graphics Design to spearhead our company’s operations during this exciting infancy stage of our business. You will be instrumental in driving creative excellence as well as be the key person of the company to manage and oversee operations to help the company to achieve our business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Permanent full-time position
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin.
• Experience in developing and implanting strategic business plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Extensive experience in the design industry, with proven track record of successful design projects and leadership roles
• Proficiency in design software
• Strong creativity and communication skills
