Description:

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our efforts in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, team leadership, and forging strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients. This role requires a combination of market insight and curiosity, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
The position is targeted to take over the responsibility of the VP Sales, who is phasing into retirement in the 2nd half of 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base, grow our revenue funnel and secure NRE/ development contracts
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the business development and regional sales teams to drive organizational success.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development to develop our go to market strategy.
