Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow the business globally by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Build relationships with AVI-SPL’s international teams.
  • Define new experiential partners and establish meaningful relationships.
  • Support the team responsible for partnership efforts, including corporate real estate, architects, experience design firms, content creators, and specialist technology providers.
  • Lead XTG ‘Centers of Excellence,’ initially comprising a Senior Designer, Business Development Manager, and Program Manager, managing to a departmental cost budget and full line management responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on the continual evolution of AVI-SPL’s messaging and value proposition for XTG.
  • Act as a resource for sales and marketing to present to enterprise and global customers on the value of experience environments and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline for international opportunities and provide forecasting for bookings and deal closures.
  • Partner with the Director of Partner Development to create partnership plans, set quarterly goals, and measure partnership performance and continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development responsible for AVI-SPL’s relationship with the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM) and act as an SME to AVIXA and other associations.
  • Contribute articles, thought leadership, and insights on XTG-related areas for cross-industry groups and the press (with guidance from Communications and PR)
