Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced leader to join the Morriston Hospital Service Group as a Directorate Manager covering Elderly Care.
Swansea Bay Health Board is operating within a rapidly changing, challenging, but very exciting, time of whole system transformation. We are working hard to design, deliver and improve services for all our patients.
Within this role the successful candidate will be expected to lead, motivate and manage their directorate with a key focus on improving patient experience through safe, timely access to care and ensuring the operational management and delivery that meets the short and long term strategic vision for the directorate.
The successful candidate will need to be a strong leader, have excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build and support a team around them.
