As part of the DASS, you will contribute to a client-centred specialist advice and guidance service. You will maintain your own case work portfolio providing advice and assistance for our students and overseeing their support. You will have excellent knowledge of the Equality Act (2010), reasonable adjustments in higher education and other relevant legislation. You will ensure you strive for continuous improvement to the DASS service.
