Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic, self motivated and forward thinking Staff nurse to join our team in the Discharge Lounge based at Frimley Park Hospital.
Working with a well established team , which are currently in the process of expanding the post holder will be able to work independently, also with other team members to transfer patients to the Discharge Lounge to support with capacity and flow.
To promote and identify patients that are suitable to transfer to our new Discharge Lounge and support and encourage ward staff to utilise the Lounge and ensure patients safety and care is adhered too through the discharge planning process.
